Please let us know as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging and sent back to us within 15 days of purchase.
To start a return please contact info@alkemelondon.co.uk with your order number, we ask that you send all times via a tracked or signed-for service, please.
Refunds
Once approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method along with a confirmation email. Please allow 5 - 10 days for the payment to appear in your bank.
